Cannot change my current email to new one.

Hello,

I recently got a new computer, and thus the launcher is trying to verify the email. The problem is i hardly used this yahoo email and thus they have blocked it for inactivity. Still I am able to log into the game using it as an ID on the older computer. Since I don't have access to this email, I can't verify the new computer to use the launcher. Tried to submit a request, but when I press the button it goes in an endless loop of refreshing the page. I've ran out of ideas to what I can do to solve this. Any help is welcome.

    You've tried submitting a ticket? What about live chat?

    I tried to submit, but the page goes in an endless loop of refreshing. Don't know much about live chat.

    Is there any forum moderator? I've still been trying to submit a ticket but when I press the button it doesn't ask me to put my credentials to log in, but sends me to support.nexon.net where I have to chose the nexon game (maplestory) and select the type of error after which the cycle repeats itself and can't submit the ticket. Please is there any other way to contact the staff?

    Make sure you have any adblockers turned off. If that still doesn't work, try another browser.

    I have been using Mozilla, which refreshed indefinitely, Internet explorer just kept trying to log in with the progress donut endlessly spinning. It worked with Chrome and was able to submit the ticket. Hopefully they might help with the issue. Thank You.
