is there a method to move my main char to scania?

i'm an old gamer and i created my account in the zenith server since year 2010, my main character name is AkramGibril, and now i'm in the elysium server, so i have my 2 friends in the scania server and i want to join them in the same server, my problem is i spent too much time, work and money to grow my character, and for me is imposible to create a new character like my main character , is there a method to move my main character to scania?

I can pay for a character transfer ticket

it's a good deal for nexon.

    Can you do it to Scania? So far the 2 or some times they did have a world leap event, they never let people into Scania because it had one of the highest population, but considering it's population now, maybe the next one it will allow transfers into Scania.
