Characters slot limit broken?

I appear to have 51 character slots on this account , with 39 in use.

If I scroll through the pages I do indeed have 6 pages of 8 character slots and one page with 3 slots.

    That is how it's supposed to be. The limit was raised to 51 for hoyoung.
