Demon Refuge Teleport Scroll can't leave inventory

The item Demon Refuge teleport scroll has been rendered impossible to get rid of. The game states it cannot be dropped when attempting to, you can't use it on account of the prequest being removed (game states "you cannot go there"), you can't sell it as it won't show up in shop windows, and neither the item incinerator nor the moderator in event hall recognize it as undroppable items to remove.
