If you look in the medal UI, you can see a quest related to the A.I. Destroyer medal that doesn't complete. It's a similar issue to Mushroom Shrine's Guardian of the Five Elements.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Complete Wondroid Season 3
2. Purchase the A.I. Destroyer medal for 800 chips.
Character name: irrelevant
Character level: 101+
Character job: Any
World name: Bera (applies to any world though)
Date and time of the incident: January 31, 2019 at 10:00 PM EST
Brief bug summary: A.I. Destroyer medal is not added to your medal collection when you purchase it.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Finish season 3 of Mechanical Hearts event.
2. Purchase A.I. Destroyer medal from Khun.
3. Check your medal UI or character profile.
