Kanna's 1 unused additional sp point

Kanna characters in theirs 1st job advancement has 1 additional sp point that cannot be used anywhere else, every skill is maxed.
Also notification sign is annoying and cannot be removed.
Can you fix it?

    It seems like right after level 10 Kanna has 6 initial skill points and should have had 5 point to max everything without redundant points
