Auction House improved relisting

I have a bunch of Chairs and Cash equip items, and I'm trying to sell those things in auction house. And many of them isn't sold within 24 hour, so I have to relist them.
Of course, I want to sell them faster, But I also don't want to sell it at a very low price, such as 70% off. So everytime I have to click "List Again", check my previous price, and Click "Claim" then relist it at a lower price.
So I think when I click "List Again", there will be a few options avaliable:
No Discount / 10% off / 20% off / 30% off / 40% off
(Discount multiplies, so if I relist something 20% off twice, then it would be as same as 36% off)

    it would also be nice if there was offering possibility since right now if you're selling something with high price and someone would want it there's no way of contacting the seller and making an offer if the item is not for sale in some other places aswell.
    And since there's reclaim all button why not add relist all aswell?
