As title says, I got the quest from Chief Tatamo.
Wanted to drop the item, but couldn't do it. Can't sell it to NPC either.

Please help. Thanks!

    Might as well finish the quest at the dragon rider pq lobby that you can get to from the right portal at Leafre: The Forest That Disappear.
    You paid 50m meso for it, no way they will let you throw it away.
