Kaiser final form colour got reset

Bug type: Graphical?

Brief bug summary: My final form kaiser was supposed to be a custom green but showed up as default red today.

More details: I rolled my kaiser's final form colour to be green many years ago and when I logged in a few days ago it still was. However, today when I played the final form was the default red colour again.
