Scania's Resolution is broken but Bera isn't?

When I go to Scania with the resolution of 600x800, because I have no choice. Bigger resolution than that will crash the game. Especially when I go to Cash Shop. When I go to Cash Shop or Auction House, the game crashes because it turns the resolution wide when I enter either sides.
I tested the game out of going to Bera world, but for some reason, I can go to Cash Shop just fine and alter the resolution to a bigger size. I tried fixing this problem for months and i'm pretty stump at this point.
Even downloading to Nexon Launcher doesn't work either, it still gives me the same problems.

I'm using steam and windows 10 by the way.
