Hoyoung air skills

I just finded out that if I use a rune of swiftness with Hoyoung and I use the air skills I can't do the "true" skill, instead Hoyoung uses the "clone" all the time, no matter how many times I press the forward or up arrow and the skill button again, however with the earth skills I can use the "true"
