One month ago, I submitted a ticket to Nexon regarding a similar issue (responded similarly by GM Swampvill). Like you Shirdon, I have been playing my permanent beginner for many years. Back then I also invested a lot of my AP into HP in order to survive mobs and bosses. Today, however, survivability is no longer an issue with access to scrolling/starforce, potentials, flames, set effects, and legion bonuses.
Currently, full AP resets in the Cash Shop, event shops, and Matilda Shop exclude AP invested in HP/MP. Only the 500 NX, 1 AP at a time, AP Reset includes AP invested in HP/MP--which would end up costing my level 228 beginner with only 340 base str (Glia in Aurora) a LOT of NX to reset my missing str (800 str*500 NX). I understand the original reasoning for excluding HP in the full AP reset--to limit/prevent HP/MP washing and other exploits--however, these methods are no longer possible. A change to the 4K NX full AP Reset Scroll, event ones, or the Matlida shop one to include AP invested in HP/MP or, more realistically, a change to include the 500 NX AP Reset in the Matilda shop for meso (as suggested by AKradian in a post similar to this one), would be greatly appreciated!
