Reboot Box gave no rewards and dissapeared

I logged back into maple after not playing for a couple years and started playing a bunch of new characters, I had forgotten about my reboot box being on an alt until I logged into it at random a couple weeks later. I placed the reboot box in my storage to use on my main(It was stage 2), Upon taking the item out of my storage on my Kanna and attempting to use it, the box consumed but I did not receive any items from it nor did I receive the stage 3 box.
