Cygnus stuck at the tutorial !

Hello :( im stuck at the tutorial.. i cant talk to tiny bid to go out :( please help me i tried de logg off and logg in, the logg a new chart en logg of and retry.. it dosnt work :( chart: SiakJuliens Reboot

    My burning char is stuck in the knight's orientation area, one of the first area's for the cygnus knights, the character is still level 1 and the world map is not available either.
