meso rate doesn't change with old spider on

It seems like the meso rate doesn't change with old spider familiar on. Rate doesn't change with old eye of time either

    Meso drop rate familiar only increase the frequency of meso bag drop rate, not what is inside the meso bag.
    If the monster already drop a meso bag 100% of the time without a drop rate familiar, having one doesn't change anything.
