I got this error when trying to redeem through the nexon launcher. Have also tried chrome (diasbled adblock), internet exploxer and safari, all did not work.

Internal server error.
An error has occurred. Please try again. (000-500-0000)

Any help? Thanks

    Been getting the same issue, can't redeem my card I bought yesterday and there are seemingly no workarounds. Hoping this is resolved soon.

    Same. Bought 20k from PC Game supply, and everytime i enter both of the codes, i keep getting the same error code.
