How do I get to the MONAD questline?

I've been trying to get to the MONAD questline, but every single time I try to enter through the dimensional mirror and click on the Asrup Base Camp, it tells me to complete a necessary quest first. The quest should be at the left side of the screen, inside the available quests icon, but it's not there. Do I have to be a certain level to get to it (I'm currently lv82, and it has been a lv33+ quest line), or is it disabled?

    The level requirement got raised a little while back iirc. You have to be 110 start MONAD now.

    Edit: It's 110 for MONAD. Not 100 or 105
