Bug type:player tp to different instance

Brief bug summary:I am stuck at HT cave of life the cave of Trail II after completing the head i cannot move forward

More details: I was killing the head on that level and then got teleported to a chaos version of that map with no head while i was mid kill

Steps to reproduce: go into ht and try and kill boss?

    Change channel if you used the boss queue or is in the ch that boss queue take everyone to.
    This happens because there is a limited number of Horntail room that the system did a whoopsies when trying to clean out the room for new occupants.

    I found that out after but for a game celebrating its 15th year having old content like this still have issues is unheard of in most games.
