Bug Summary:
Kanna's Mana Warp cannot teleport her upward while falling down from a platform.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Press down + jump on a platform.
2. While falling, press up + Mana Warp to teleport back to the platform.
3. It fails to land and keeps falling.
