Jett Changes (and Buffs) Concept

This is to help give Jett an identity (and make them a good damage class that can actually boss and not be the lowest dps class as a dedicated dps class) and make them more interesting to play as overall.

Also, I want Jett's dead-weight attacks to be changed so that they are no longer dead weight and no longer just a waste of skill points.

I will try to keep things job order, some things would have to be jumped around for changes, but I try to keep everything organized.

Job 1:

Blaster Barrage will be the only attack skill, bringing Jett's identity into the gunslinging space pirate immediately. No direct changes.

Starline One: Reworked entirely.
Starline One is now a passive attack skill that summons the turret for 60 seconds at Jett's location when you attack a monster with your gun attacks with a 15 seconds cooldown, multiple turrets can be summoned at one time (so a maximum of 4 turrets can be out at one time). These turrets now attack the 3 closest enemies to the right or left for 200% damage 1 time at max rank at a proc chance between 100% to 20% based on how close Jett is to the turret when Jett is attacking with her gun attacks.
Each turret has a 0.5 second cooldown per attack.

(Turret Deployment, 3rd job skill, is removed.)

Job 2:

Starline Two: is now a passive attack that buffs up the turrets of Starline One replacing their attacks with a beam attack that hits up to 6 mobs, dealing 150% damage 3 times at max rank, and 50% chance to stun for 3 seconds.

Stellar Impact: is now a passive attack that applies every 5 seconds above the target that got hit by your gun attack, no longer knocks up enemies, damage is the same as it is now.

Vortex Cross: Can now be used in any of 8 directions based on the arrow key(s) used for better usability, control, and combo potential.

Passive skill added that is mastery level 1 automatically granted when you job advance that buffs Blaster Barrage, changing its visual effect, increasing damage, and increasing attack speed.

Job 3:

Starline Three: Huge change, still an active:
Now will cause Jett to dash to the nearest turret [Starline One] (regardless of what direction she was facing) and pushing up to 10 mobs with her, same damage and mastery level, can now be used in the air. This cannot be cast if no turrets are currently active.

Falling Stars: Is now a passive skill and the cooldown is removed entirely. Mastery level increased to 30 (Turret Deployment is removed) having a 16% proc chance at 1 going to 45% proc chance at 30 above the monster attacked by your gun attack to deal 400% damage (max level) 5 times to up to 6 monsters.

Passive skill added that is mastery level 1 automatically granted when you job advance that buffs Blaster Barrage even further, changing its visual effect again, increasing damage, and increasing attack speed.

Job 4:

Backup Beatdown: Massive change and turned into the only true summon skill:
Cooldown reduced to 30 seconds and now is a summon that lasts for 60 seconds starting from mastery level 1.
Damage reduced to 250% for 3 times up to 6 enemies hit and after the duration ends or replaced with a new Backup Beatdown, slashes for 6000% damage 1 time to up to 15 enemies in its area of effect. This is a stationary summon, comes into play where Jett was when used.

Starforce Salvo: Is now a passive skill that buffs Blaster Barrage further, changes the icon, visual effect changes to what the attack is now, mastery level 30 damage and attack speed is the same to what it is now.

Planet Buster: Is now a passive attack, damage and mobs hit is the same. Will always proc to and behind the monster struck by the gun attack on a 0.5 second cooldown (roughly the same rate to where it is now).

Strikeforce Showdown:
Damage reduced to 400% 10 times to 1 monster. Proc chance increased to 12% at level 1 and 30% at level 10 (max level) [from 1% to 10% based on skill rank].

Job 5:

Suborbital Strike:
Cooldown reduced to 150 from 180 seconds
Duration at all ranks increased to 120 from 42-100 based on rank

Allied Fury:
Is now a passive skill.
Applies against the target struck by your gun attack every 7 seconds. Everything else about it is unchanged.
