Horntail, cant leave portal

Started doing Normal Horntail and after I killed the second head before the main boss , portal stopped working. Cant leave...

    Change channel if you used the boss queue or is in the ch that boss queue take everyone to. This happens because there is a limited number of Horntail room that the system screwed up in resetting the room.
