Stuck on Tiny Bird Quest on a Cygnus Knight

I am in the Tiny Bird quest at the biggining of the game. i dont have any ways of moving out of this map or does interacting with anything move me foward. I am stuck and im unable to progress. My main problem is that this is a character i Terra Burned and i dont want to delete them to lose out on the event.

The bug happened when i made a character and the world crashed as you did a reset for the update.

Character Level : 1
Character Job : Noblesse
World Name: Aurora
