Force Guild Master Change
There's no option for this in the NPC when talking to Heracle at Guild Base <Hall of Heroes>.

This issue has been listed as one of the Known Issues on the Patch Notes yesterday.
[Updated June 10] When attempting to change Guild leader due to their long absence, players will receive an error message that only Guild leader has the authority to change Guild leaders.
