Emblem potential won't stack

Hello.

I have a gold maple leaf emblem with 24% str but it won't stack with my stats. I have this issue since a week ago and even i sent a ticket i didn't get my problem fixed.

Please this issue is affecting my gameplay experience and i can't play my main.

    If you are a pirate explorer (Buccaneer, Corsair, Canon Shooter), you may have accidentally turned on your pirate link skill.
    Pirate Link skill has an active that convert STR into DEX, and DEX into STR for most equipment. It appear in the top right corner of the screen as a buff when active.
