[Illium] 2nd Job - Can't enter portal

Bug type: Job advancement
Brief bug summary:
The game will not let me enter the portal in Academy Corrider 3 after clearing all the mobs present. Even after a clear showed up.
Keeps presenting "You must meet the special conditions of the quest to enter."

Additional Details:
Had to wait out the timer of 20 minutes to be able to proceed on. Still this should not happen in a game.

    Experiencing the same bug today on my Illium inside "Academy Corridor 3" waiting the timer out as we speak...lol

    I am doing my illium for legion and experienced the same issue today. still waiting for the timer to get to zero right now...
