Bug type: Functionality

Brief bug summary: Unable to macro hawk mode buffs. Have to individually hotkey them. I think it relates to there being a cooldown of 0 seconds in between uses.

Steps to reproduce: Attempt to macro hawk mode buffs. You will receive a popup stating that this skill cannot be macroed.
