Hayato needs skill change

While kanna received her another burst skill change, kanna is now absolutely a top-level powerful job. Let's pay more attention to hayato, who still can't solo hard luicd phase 3 even with all lines capped. NEXON, please, just some simple modification will help, like changing the Rai Blade Flash from 680%*4 to 340%*8, reducing the delay for Falcon's Honor.
