Cannot Double Jump Upward on Thunder Breaker

Bug Type: Functionality

Description: After the June 18th maintenance, I can no longer double jump upward with Elemental Shift on my Thunder Breaker. I can use Elemental Shift to jump left and right, but nothing happens when I attempt to double jump upward. The same mechanic still works on my other jobs/characters, but not my Thunder Breaker. I have tried restarting my computer and reinstalling the game, but the issue still persists.
