Dawn Warrior Skills No Longer Pet Auto-Skillable

Bug type: Gameplay, functionality

Brief bug summary: Clicking and dragging the skills Equinox Cycle and True Sight to my Pet Auto Skill gives me the message, "The following skills cannot be registered: Skills that are not buffs, skills with cooldown, summoning skills, and skills that can be toggled ON/OFF." I had both of these skills slotted to my pet auto-skills before this week's maintenance. I logged in Thursday evening to find that they were unslotted from my pet auto-skill and I am unable to re-slot them. Have they been reclassified as of maintenance?

More details: Multiple re-logs & restarts do not resolve this issue.
