NX items from past events.

Make posible to move nx items from past events like heroes rings/caps to cash shop. I'd like to have them on other characters.

    I would like my Attack On Titan perm nx from Windia (now Aurora) to Reboot.

    I know we cannot really ask to get perm nx item from regular servers to Reboot, because they want us to open boxes and get them again. Their way of making money. Okay.

    Only, I do open boxes (I am MVP Gold). And the issue there is that Attack On Titan items will never come back. So it's impossible to get them in Reboot.
