Remove gender restriction in anvil

In order to use anvil, both items must have same gender restriction and type(you can anvil non gender to gender restricted, not the other way). Since transfer hammer works between top/bottom-overall and gender-non gender, I believe this restriction should really go away in 2020. Some items like shade overall is gender restricted so that it is not possible to anvil it to root abyss top/bottom nor to absolab/arcane overall. This tilts me. Since half of playing maplestory is about dressing your 2d waifus, i hope nexon hears this out.
