hello everyone today I want to communicate a problem that has been presented to me recently.

It happens that I was doing my usual diaries (Raise coins, Maple Relay among others), When for no reason MapleStory disconnected me from the game. After this I got a warning like this:

In the notice it says:
NGS Hacking Detected (0xD1010201)
You cannot run the game and external programs simultaneously. Please contact customer support for questions.

I have seen the recent permanent bans on other players and I really do not want to be a victim of this problem since I am a MapleStory Global player since the Beta version, my account is completely legitimate and for that reason I do not use illegal programs to damage the game . On the contrary, I am very against this type of activities.

Because of the above, I have been thinking about not being in the current MapleStory Raise event for fear of being Banned for no reason.
