Why can’t I list any items on the Auction House?

It says, “Your account’s access to the Auction House is restricted,” and I don’t know why. I literally just made this account so that I can make it my new main and I’m trying to use the Auction House to move all my mesos from my previous Nexon Account to my new one. I didn’t buy any Nexon items with RL cash.

    new accounts have a little while of "cooltime" before they can use some parts of game like AH
    Just another anti botter measure.

    Yeah it's like 5 or 6 days and you have to be over level 61 to trade cash shop stuff too. It's rather annoying but it is what it is I suppose.

    It's a week. New accounts are trade-blocked for a week. It's a measure of fraud prevention, and doesn't significantly impact most people.
