Bug Summary:
Adele's link skill is displayed as Lv. 3 and the skill description disappears when it's under the "available link skills" tab. However, it shows correctly (lv 2 with a skill description) when it's under the "active link skills" tab.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create Adele and get her up to level 210.
2. Check her link skill in the other character. It will say Lv. 3 if it's in the "available link skills" tab.
