Legion Total Level bug

Brief bug summary:

Been leveling my mule characters for the past couple days, and noticed that my total legion level did not match up with how much level my mules gained.

More details:
My total legion level was at 6974 when my Battle mage was at Lv 75. When I leveled my BaM to 106 the total level did not increase.
I added the levels of all my characters that were past level 60 and saw that my total level should be at 7349.

Character name: IBattlexMage

Character level: 106

Character job: Battle Mage

World name: Reboot

    Only the top 40 highest level character are counted.
