Game crashes when entering/exiting CS/AH

Hi,

Bug type: Crashes

Brief bug summary: Crashing when exiting/entering Cash Shop or Auction House

More details:
Date and time of the incident:Been experiencing this since the Rise update.
Everytime i enter or leave cash shop / auction house the game takes more than 3-4 minutes in the black screen where im kicked to the world choice.
If I try to log back in my game instantly closes after a couple of seconds.

It does not matter which character im on, and its always a gamble using either of these services.

I've reinstalled the game, on a different SSD just to be sure, but the issue is still happening.
Getting quite annoying seeing as I cant really start a grind session without crashing
