Characters not showing but are still ranked

I have just come back 2 maple after some time away. I completed the merge from Europe to global. I set up in Luna I can see my character in the rankings but they don't show in my chracter slots when I log into the game there all empty. Any idea what happend or how I can get the characters back.

    Still having the problem. Have sent in a ticket but not sire how long it will be till I get a reply so any help would be greatly appreciated
