When phase 3 comes, will the stuff from phase 2 disappear? Like the teddy bear outfit, will that disappear when Phase 3 comes?

    The only thing that changes is the coin shop to the right of the fountain. The stamp and royal shop(this is the one with the azure teddy outfit you mentioned) do not change.
