Beast Tamer Meow Card Bug

Brief bug summary: When using BT Cat Form ability: Meow Card, sometimes prevents you from being able to use portals, attack, use skills, use the inventory, change channels. (pretty much locks every action except chat)

details: Only fixes itself by relogging or dying. When bug happens, animation still plays but no Card/Buff is applied as well.

Steps to reproduce: Randomly happens when using Meow Card

Character name: Emlayn

Character level: 224

Character job: Beast Tamer

World name: Bera

Date and time of the incident: 9/5/20 8:32 PDT

    They claimed to have fixed this bug in the latest update:
    "Fixed an issue where the Beast Tamer's Meow Card skill would soft lock all ability and item usage."

    BUT this issue is still happening to me too, including the buff not being applied, where you still have to wait the CD before trying again.
