Burning World effect ends?

As we get closer to the end of Burning World, which ends on the 17th, does the burning effect also ends on the 17th as well? I heard from other players that the burning effect ends on the 10th. I checked on the event page for Burning World and it does not clarify the end date for the burning effect. Please clarify this. Thank you.
