Burning World Char Creation Items

I didn't get any of the starting items upon creating a character in the burning world
Flameborn Medal
Level 30 Armour box (when I got to level 30)
hyper tele rock
and others....

Also my character stopped mega burning at level 35 and started regular leveling

    Though it says you fixed this in a patch, I also did not receive these items on my character created yesterday, who was never burning to begin with. I also can't create a new burning character, i do not have the option. It's a shame, I'd really like to grind these burning characters out before the event end.
