Not receiving Dawn's Bloom skill on other chars
So I started the new sengoku event with my main. And I was doing some of the daily quests on others. Completed one for an item to upgrade the scroll with. Only to find out that character did not have the skill. Even tho she went through the cutscenes. So I now have an upgrade item for dawns bloom on a char that doesn't have the skill.
WORLD:AURORA
CHARACTER: all but first one (kinesis 241 Sumi)
Issue not receiving Dawn's Bloom on any character but the first one I did the quest with

We just applied a fix for the issue where the Dawn's Bloom passive skill from the Sengoku event was only available on the character that started the quest.
Dawn's Bloom skill will now be applied on all of your characters in the same world that meets the level requirement.
Please re-log in for the fix to be applied properly!
