Unable to Open So Gong Pet Package

Steps to reproduce:
1. Claim reward from star on one character
2. Transfer to another character through storage
3. Try to open box
4. Receive one of two messages: "An unknown error has occurred. Please try again later." or "Sorry, things are really busy right now. Please try again later."

World name: Reboot

Date and time of the incident: November 18, 2020 after reset
