Unable to open So Gong Pet Package

After the Awake update, i claimed my So Gong Pet Package but unable to open it. The error pops up in the chat box:
"An unknown error has occurred, Please try again later.
So Gong Pet Package x1 earned. (Use)."

Is this a glitch because of the Awake update?
