Password loop. Unable to log in

Unable to log into the EU servers. It sends me in some sort of new password loop. At the end of the loop it tells me that I entered in the wrong p.i.c. and sends me in another loop of making me enter my old pic, creating a new one, then reentering that same new one for it to tell me that I entered in the wrong password.
