More details: equipping non- BT weapon allows you to activate

Steps to reproduce: Have Beast Tamer weapon equipped and try to use V-Node skill: Mana Overload

Date and time of the incident: 11/25/2020 2:40PM PST

(mention your time zone if you aren't posting Pacific time)

UPDATE: after 4:00PM reset the issue resolved itself
