Worldreaver screen split image is off position

Bug type: Skill Issue

Brief bug summary:
In certain resolution (800x600, 1024x768), the image used when the screen is split in half is rising up the higher you are in a vertical map. (The image will be completely off screen at the very top of the map like Lachelein tower)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Be at 800x600 or 1024x768 resolution
2. Be at a position that not at the bottom and a map tall enough where the screen move upward
3. Use Worldreaver
