Brief bug summary: Flame Haze leaves bosses alive for a short time after their HP bar depletes.

More details: I've noticed that some bosses inflicted with Flame-Haze's DoT stay alive after 100% of their HP is gone. I know that some things like Vellum will continue their attack animation under normal circumstance, but it won't do any damage. This bug makes it so they DO damage and the timer doesn't stop for some of them! This is especially dangerous in bosses like Lotus where the spinning lasers and falling stuff can auto-kill players, or Gollux that can end up running the timer despite the gem being destroyed (Untested. Very, VERY difficult to test since I can only go in once a day and there's such a tiny timer.).
After a few weeks of testing (Mostly because my F/P wasn't strong enough to test) I can say confidently that the issue is Flame-Haze. When the DoT of flame haze is active, the boss (Even elites) seems to linger for a little longer than they should. And it DOES leave p1 Lotus' lasers still whirring and able to kill players. Very dangerous to unsuspecting parties.

Steps to reproduce: Use Flame-Haze a little bit before boss HP bar depletes so that the DoT is still active when it's dead/phase shifting.
