the meso disappeared weirdly

i just finished the ursus and get in cash-shop immediately, after i bought 1 black-cube, the system told me i got no enough meso. i know clearly ive done ursus S for 3 times and im lvl 220, as usual i know i gonna get 80-90m meso to buy nearly 5 black-cubes, it's so weird after i buy 1 and it shows me i got only 200'000 left (i don't even got meso to use that cube!!!!! so disappointed)
i think it's a serious BUG please check it for sure and give me a reply ASAP, thanks.
