Blaster passive not working

in Bug Reporting
4th job passive skill for blaster, "Advanced Charge Mastery" is not working, as when it should block some damage taken, but I don't see the passive being activate when I try to block damage with animation cancel, or hammer smash. For example, I should be able to block lotus laser at phase 1, by animation cancel or hammer smash, but the passive doesn't activate and I die instantly. But in kms, you can block it.
